Yin yoga is a slow and meditative practice with the intention of safely stretching
the body’s connective tissues, maintaining integrity in the joints, improving
mobility and flexibility, and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body. Yin
yoga enhances the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
Take an inward journey with Elisa as she guides you through the Yin practice,
and experience the benefits of softening, slowing down, and restoring balance
and energy in the body, mind, and spirit. In addition, Elisa offers guided
meditation, breath work, and inspirational readings to deepen the experience.
